CarnivalSuperStore reserve to check the effective stock-supply of the ordered products and will then provide to communicate the effective acceptance of the order.

Incomplete orders will NOT be shipped without the customer's authorization.

How to exercise your right to recede

CarnivalSuperStore undertakes, in case of shipment of damaged or wrong products, to withdraw and exchange the products at its own expenses; you only have to make a phone call or send a fax. That will happen also in case of injured package. As  D.lgs. 206/05 stands some aspects of sales and warranties about goods and extend the duration of the warranty to 2 years.

As far as the right to recede is concerned, if you do not like the product any more, or you have changed your mind about the purchase after having ordered it, the following law instructions are to be considered.
D.lgs. 206/05 stands that the comunication must be sent by an official letter within not less than 10 days (labour days) from the day that the product has arrived. This comunication could be anticipated by a fax, telegraph, telex or e-mail but must be confirmed with an official letter (raccomandata a. r.) within 48 hours. Necessary time for the sending back of the goods after the use of you right to recede are, as  D.lgs. 206/05 stands, within not less than 10 days (labour days) from the day that the product has arrived.
The Official letter shall include:

• Display of the will to avail yourself of the benefit granted by the D.lgs. 206/05
• Detailed note of the product which you want to avail yourself of the right of receding for
• The order's progressive number, released at the moment of purchasing the product
• Information about your own bank account (name of the institution, corresponding branch, number of bank account)

- a telegram to the address above
- a fax, to the number +39.051.18890898
Within 48 hours of the telegram's or fax's receipt, you will have to register a letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address above and including the element listed for the registered letter above.
To obtain the refund of the amount, the customer shall send to the consigner indicated on the waybill, by mail, the product which the receding is referred to, together with the form of goods delivery-covering that was enclosed to the product on delivery.

Refunding conditions

Carnivalsuperstore will send the refund through bank transfer as soon as possible in any case within 30 days of the receipt of the communication in which the costumer expressed the will to exercise his right to recede. Also, the article 67, 1° 3° e 4° comma, stands that the costumer has the right to recede without any penality, the only cost that the costumer will sustain will be the cost of sending back the goods. So it will be refound the total cost sustained by the custumer. The necessary condition to exercise the right of receding is the integrity of the product and of the packaging.

Personal data's handling

In order to accomplish its undertakings (reception of the order, shipment, invoices, etc...) CSS needs to ask some of your personal data. A special law (par. 13 d.lgs. 196/2003) grants the privacy of these data. Therefore you can at any time ask for the reading of the data owned by CSS, for an adjustment or for their erasing. CSS will not spread them to anybody. CCS will just ask for the data which are strictly necessary to complete your buying transaction and it will not use them to send commercial or promotial informations, unless strictly asked by the custumer.
This is what the law basically grants, but Css itself does it too (in order to respect its customers), for this reason:
according to the par. 13 of the d.lgs 196/2003, referring to the personal data's privacy, we inform you that the gathered data are handled according to the law. The data's handling is related to the accomplishment of operational, administrative, statistical,commercial and promotional purposes, only in enterprises offered by Carnival Superstore, and according to the principles of privacy, correctness, lawfulness and clearness, and also with the help of electronic and/or computer-based means.
The personal data will not be use by CCS to send promotional or commercial informations, unless a specific desire of the custumer. This desire must be explicit asked by the custumer and cannot be silently granted.

IVA, Products, Prices, Responsibilities and bill documents

All the shown prices include IVA (taxes). CSS avail itself of the right of changing prices, characteristics of the products and conditions of the service's use at any time without forewarning: therefore it is up to the user keeping himself abreast of them visiting this pages.
Although CSS tries to keep the web site as much up to date as possible, the product's supply can not be granted. Moreover CSS refuse all responsibility on any damage related to the use of the site. At the end the customer asking for the bill document when he's making the order, insering Fiscal Code and eventual partita Iva, the customer will receive it at the arrival of the goods.
