Italian Shipments

Carnival Super Store does the best in order to guarantee the quickest and most efficient delivery service.
A forwarding agent is entrusted with the shipments, and they are usually delivered in 24/48 hours in the whole Italy (48/72 hours for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia).

Carnival Super Store is not responsible for the transport held in trust by a third party.

Carnival Super Store is not going to refund the paid amount in case of missed delivery, therefore we ask you to provide an address which will be “guarded” during working hours
The fixed contribution for the shipping price is of € 9,80 (taxes included) and it is automatically added to the item's price during the order, so that you can check the total amount before confirming.
For cash on delivery shipments there will be an added share of € 4,20 (taxes included).

We ship to everywhere in the world.

CarnivalSuperstore chose TNT as a partner in logistic transport and delivery solutions.

All the countries we ship to (but Italy, Vatican City and San Marino) have been divided into 6 areas: for each area you can choose between two available shipping methods.

- Global Express (by air - shipment)

Nota Bene

1. Taxes, duties and other fees may be assessed on your order depending on the policy of the destination country. These policies vary widely from country to country and CarnivalSuperstore does not have any control over these policies. CarnivalSuperstore ships worldwide with TNT. As the international courier for your order, TNT may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed. Please remember that this is not the delivery charge. Shipping costs are included in the price you already paid to CarnivalSuperstore.

2. Both the item prices as well as the shipping charges you pay to CarnivalSuperstore do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

3. Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to CarnivalSuperstore and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. If CarnivalSuperstore has been charged for above mentioned amounts (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) we will not issue refunds for the same.

4. Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delay please check with your local customs offices; they may send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive weeks after you receive your CarnivalSuperstore order.
